CANCELLATION POLICIES

Reservations without discount or promotion:

• The guest can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After that period, the deposit or full payment will be charged. 

• The guest can change their reservation date without an additional fee up to 2 days before their arrival.

• Check in early (12pm) and late (7pm) have no extra charge (Subject to hotel availability).

Reservations with promotions or discount:

• If the guest does not show up, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
• The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations to prepaid, package or promotional price reservations will not be refunded, nor in other park or restaurant services.

Group cancellation policy

• The group may cancel without charge by canceling no later than 15 days prior to your stay.
• Non-refundable advance cancellations are not refundable.
• Group is considered as from 10 rooms.
